6 pm registration, 6:20 buffet dinner, 6:40 meeting starts
Speaker: Michael Kolodziej, MD, FACP, National Medical Director – Oncology Solutions, Aetna
“Aetna’s Oncology Medical Home Pilot”, followed by an interactive discussion of options for programs in CT
You are the voice of oncology care in CT, and every patient with cancer in CT is depending upon each physician, administrator, nurse and part of the oncology care team to manage changes in cancer care policy and delivery. Please join us at this meeting for an interactive discussion with Aetna on where we want to see cancer delivery progress.
We will also be discussing plans for the Connecticut Oncology Association projects and meetings in 2014-15, and look forward to participation from practice physicians, administration and nurses. All are encouraged to attend. We also extend a warm welcome to any Residents or Fellows who wish to join us.

From Fairfield County and points southwest: Take either I-95 or Route 15, the Wilbur/Cross/Merritt Parkway to I-91 north, then follow I-91 Northbound directions below
From I-91 headed Northbound: At exit 23, take ramp right for West Street toward Rocky Hill. Turn right onto West Street, make a U-turn at Butternut Lane, Turn left onto Capitol Blvd, Arrive at Capitol Blvd.
From I-91 Headed Southbound: At exit 23, take ramp right for West Street toward Rocky Hill. Turn left onto West Street, make a U-turn at Butternut Lane, Turn left onto Capitol Blvd, Arrive at Capitol Blvd.
From Norwich area and points East, follow Route 2 to Hartford area I-91, then follow directions for I-91 southbound.
